General Terms and Conditions

Exotic Driving Experience features supercars by Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi, Aston Martin, Nissan and Porsche. All cars are paddle shift equipped. Paddle shift allows the driver to change gears without taking his/her hands off the steering wheel. Paddles are located directly behind the steering wheel, with the up shift paddle on the right (in the 3 o’clock position) and the downshift paddle on the left (in the 9 o’clock position). Cars equipped with paddle shift do not have a clutch pedal and the driver may choose to operate the car in “automatic” mode. In automatic mode the computer controls the gear changes.

Driving Experience Age Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license to participate in the Driving experience at Walt Disney World® Speedway and Daytona International Speedway; and at least 16 years old at all other locations.

Thrill Ride Experience Age Requirements:

You must be at least 14 years old to participate in a Thrill Ride. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Rainout Policy Terms and Conditions

If you are a retail client and you do not complete any laps due to inclement weather, you have a full balance owed to you which is valid for one year from that date and can be used towards the booking of a new program of equal value. Or you can apply your balance towards booking a program of greater value and pay the difference. The balance owed is non-refundable.

If you are a retail client and you complete some laps but did not complete all laps due to inclement weather (partial rain out) you have a partial balance owed for the uncompleted portion of your experience. The balance owed is non-refundable, but it can either be applied towards the purchase of a new program or used to complete the remaining balance of your original session at a future date and time.

Driving Experience Terms and Conditions

Reservations are required for all Exotic Driving Experiences; space is limited and is filled on a first come first serve basis. Please call 1.855.822.0149 or visit www.exoticdriving.com to book your reservation for a specific date and time.

If you cancel or make any changes to this reservation above more than 30 days prior to your class date you will be charged a $75 administration fee. You also understand that if you cancel/change your selected program less than 30 days prior to your class date or if you fail to attend your selected program, you will forfeit your entire enrollment fee.
This reservation is transferable with express written consent from the original recipient. Call 1.855.822.0149 for details.
In the event of inclement weather, Exotic Driving Experience reserves the right to wait until the day of the Experience to cancel the class. Please show up at the track unless an Exotic Driving Experience Representative contacts you in advance. In the event of inclement weather, a Rain out Letter will be issued and is valid for one year from the date of issue. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather.
Participants should be aware that each of our vehicles is unique and at each location we operate only one of each vehicle offered. We will do everything we can to ensure that each vehicle is available on days that we operate. However, unanticipated maintenance requirements may mean that a particular vehicle is not available on the day of reservation. We will attempt to accommodate all participants with acceptable alternative experiences.
Due to the design of the Lamborghini (Gallardo LP560-4/Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera), and the requirement that all Exotic Driving Experience (EDE) participants wear a helmet, cockpit headroom is limited. Customers over 6’2” may have difficulty comfortably or safely driving or riding in these cars. If the EDE instructor determines that you are unable to safely drive or ride you will be given the opportunity to complete your experience in another car, at the instructor’s discretion.
Exotic Driving Experience will assume responsibility for any damages that might occur to the racecar except in cases of willful or reckless conduct or gross negligence. All other damages and expenses are the responsibility of the participant per the Exculpatory and Assumption of Risk Agreement, Release of Liability, and Covenant Not to Sue form that all participants are required to complete prior program participation.
By participating in the Experience you give and grant unto Exotic Driving Experience, its duly authorized agents and assigns, the rights to the use of your name, likeness, voice or photographs taken at Exotic Driving Experience, including, but not limited to television and radio broadcasts, film productions, videotape reproductions and the like, and you hereby relinquish all rights therefore for these purposes.

Thrill Ride Terms and Conditions

Thrill Rides are given on a first come, first served basis, schedule permitting and will be given in the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, Audi R8 or Porsche 997. The specific Thrill Ride car will be determined at the sole discretion of the driving instructor at time of the ride, based on car availability. No reservations are required. At Walt Disney World® Speedway our Thrill Rides will be offered between 9am and 4pm on the days Exotic Driving Experience is operating and 9am to 4pm at the 2012 Tour locations. We recommend calling 1.855.822.0149 to confirm and dates/times before visiting.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. No cash will be given as change from gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift cards do not expire. There are no service fees for unused gift card balances.
Gift cards can be used to purchase any Exotic Driving Experience merchandise or ride/drive experience.
Purchases of photos and in car instant video are only available trackside.
Purchasing a gift card does not reserve a spot of any kind. To reserve your spot please call the Customer Service and Sales Center at 1.855.822.0149 or book on-line. Please have your gift card with you at the time of booking as the card number and PIN/security code will be needed.
Gift cards are valid for the monetary amount purchased. As such, any expense (sales tax, etc.), that may exceed the monetary value of the card will be due at the time of purchase. Experience prices vary depending on location, dates and times and experience. All prices are subject to change without notice.
